Welcome to Hunter’s Therapeutic Massage. We are a husband and wife team. My name is Hunter I was born
and grew up in Dublin Ireland and my wife Faith (or Annie) is from central China.
Our Focus
Massage is a passion of ours. Our goal is to work
with you to repair your body, give you freedom from pain and give you information so that you will stay pain free.
Our Training
A lot of my training was at IPSB Massage School in Culver City. We both graduated from the The Shiatsu Massage School of California in Santa Monica. We have training in many modalities (Deep tissue,
Shiatsu, Swedish, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Aromatherapy, Hot Stones, Raindrop Therapy) from many massage school in the LA area. Faith obtained some of her training in Hong Kong & China. I
have been massage for 7 years and my wife 15 years.
Our Experience
We work at “The Massage Place” in West LA in various locations during the week (Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sat. ). We are both Licensed Certified Massage Therapist in the state of California.
Our Massage
Our massage is very clinical, therapeutic and works the whole body. I work more Deep Tissue and Faith works more Shiatsu. Most
of our clients that come to us in pain leave pain free or with considerably less pain and are able to get a very deep sleep
that night to rejuvenate the body. The style of my massage is a slow Firm Swedish
to Deep Tissue similar to Rolfing, but without the pain. I like to use Hot stones
so I can work deeper without the client feeling discomfort. We believe that when
the body tenses in pain during a massage it is not good for the body.
I am especially experienced with releasing “SCIATIC PAIN”
lower back and glutial or leg pain as I suffered for many years with this pain.
